Deshima Freshop

Deshima is part of the Kushi Institute of Europe, based in Amsterdam. Specializing in teaching about macrobiotics, the Institute holds workshops and classes for those interested.

Daily lunch options, including miso soup, shoyu bouillon, soup of the day, extensive salad buffet, salty and sweet snacks.
