A relaxing healthy retreat might will generally be more like a spa, and may include meditation, walking, cooking, and horse riding. For the more adventurous you can even go on a yoga cruise or an eco tour. Where as a more intense healthy retreat might be more of a bootcamp style, offering activities like hiking, biking, skiing and watersports - great for weight loss or if you want to detox. You could even learn some moves and keep fit at dance camp or just relax with your loved ones at a family park.
