The way Andra teaches this style Chi Kung, " the art of standing still", is subtle. At the same time she is very clear in her explanations. She shows the connection of what we experience in the exercises and daily life. Not to serious, but light, with humour and very professional. I have been practicing Tai Chi and Chi Kung for several years and take lessons with Andra for a few months. The effect of her lessons on me is a more precise awareness of my body, my posture and the way I use different muscles. There is also an effect on the way I deal with my energy. I can integrate the excersises quite unnoticed and easy in daily life, recharging my " batteries". It is touching how simply looking postures can be so powerful. I highly reccommend Andra!
