It's your body, dare to care! GOH concept develops various goal orientated lifestyle programs i.e. GOH weight loss, GOH get toned, GOH mama, GOH stay young, GOH life, GOH & Co. and GOH kids.
The programs are 3 - 6 months long and are designed to give knowledge, target your fitness goals and introduce you to a healthier life style. The GOH team has a unique holistic approach which helps you reach your goals, retain them and change your mind set.
To live, to love, to eat GOH has a qualified dietitian who provides nutritional counseling and organizes food seminars, shopping tours and workshops on healthy cooking. GOH will coach you to achieve a healthy dietary pattern and help break unhealthy eating habits.
Sweat, Swear, Smile GOH employs qualified personal trainers specialized in intense, motivational, functional and total body work outs. Every training has a specific purpose to bring you closer to your personal goal. The GOH intense training sessions are focused on fat burning, condition building, muscle toning, stability, core and overall posture. Together with a small group of 8 to 10 people you will be challenged to keep up. Training in a small group that has similar goals is far more motivating than training on your own.
The new you GOH will give you tools and teach you skills to improve your lifestyle. Effective training and a conscious and balanced dietary pattern contribute to good physical and mental health. Your condition and posture will improve; you will sleep better and even have less physical complaints. GOH gives you tips on how to stay healthy and still enjoy yourself during vacation, how to deal with food during social events, such as Christmas and other holidays, and how to apply your new lifestyle at your work environment.
