Massage
You need to relax your neck or back? Or you just want to treat yourself with a massage? A massage is relaxing and works preventive in our busy daily life. Massages cause good blood circulation and proper functioning of the skin, organs, glands and joints. Tension can be released and the energy will flow freely trough the body. You indicate yourself what you want: from head to toe, front and/or back, etc. A short massage focused on a particular part of the body is also possible or only a feet reflexology treatment. Treatments available of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2 hours.

Crystal therapy
Gemstones, crystals and minerals have great qualities for the body. The body has many energy points on the front (such as chakras) and back. When these are not in a good shape the energetic flow of the body gets blocked. With the help of stones and a pendulum the energetic connections will be re-established. Treatment lasts about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Children
I work with old and young; also with children and adolescents. This may be due to a specific complaint (physical or behavior) or just because it’s fun. Children are curious and open. Sometimes they want a special treatment and have questions about massage, reflexology, gems, crystals and minerals. And like adults, they have their preferences.
